- Greet customers
- ID for tobacco and alcohol sales
- Take food orders via phone call or from walk-in customers
- Repeat food order back to the customer to ensure everything is correct

- Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request an additional change
- Answer any questions customers may have
- Reconcile cash drawers
- Report issues with equipment and/or any maintenance issues

Janitorial

- Clean the interior of the store including floors, windows, and wall
- Disinfect commonly used items like fountain drink area, door handles, etc.
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
- Maintain outdoors grounds, trash cans, seated area, gas/diesel pumps, windows
- Keep sidewalks and outdoor yard clean and free of debris and trash
- Keep bathrooms maintained and clean thoroughly throughout your shift
- Clean and disinfect showers after every use and replace towels
- Keep all windows and all doors clean
- Stock the shelves when inventory is running low and dust shelves to keep clean
- Wash, fold, and store towels
- Let management know of any maintenance or repairs that need to be done
- Any other tasks assigned by the store manager

- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing items
- Bake, grill, and fry meats, vegetables, potato products, and other foods
- Follow customer requests as closely as possible
- Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes
- Occasionally serve food
- Help with dishes and keeping kitchen area, freezers, fridges, and storage space
organized and clean - Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes

- Prepping foods for the next day
